Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Max Photo Frames (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Licence & Usage
Free use: You may use the App and export the frames and compositions you create with it for personal, business, professional, and commercial purposes at no cost.
No attribution or tip is required. Optional tips never unlock, limit, or change your right to use the App or your exported work.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consent for every photo, caption, logo, and other material you import, publish, or share.
This licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and may be revoked if these Terms are breached.
Restrictions
You must not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the App’s source code except where permitted by law; (b) copy, sell, redistribute, or present the App, its branding, or its included assets as your own standalone product; or (c) use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or infringes third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
All rights in the App, including its code, design, branding, and included assets, remain with the developer or its licensors. You retain rights in your own original photos and material, subject to any rights held by third parties.
No Warranty
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such loss. Where liability cannot be excluded under law, it is limited to the re-supply of the App or the cost of having it re-supplied.
Changes to These Terms
The developer may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will take effect when published in the App or on the relevant website. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
